The head of Engagement - Victoria Ford, and the engagement team who consist of user researcher's and engagement managers.
What the specialist will work on
The Programme Manager will be expected to work on the following: The specialist will work on the CTS engagement plan and benefits realisation, risk reporting and mitigation planning and implementation.

Skills and experience

Essential skills and experience
  • 2 years+ expereince of programme management
  • Experience of Risk management, reporting and mitigation
  • Strong time management and prioritasation skills
  • Experience of working in an Agile enviornment
  • Experience in managing the life cycle of the four stage engagement plan (Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Livef) or cross government work
  • 2 years+ experience of project management
  • Have demonstrable experience in stakeholder management
Nice-to-have skills and experience
  • Experience in benefits realisation
  • Experience of working within government (minimum 6 months)
  • Experience of government engagement planning
