- The head of Engagement - Victoria Ford, and the engagement team who consist of user researcher's and engagement managers.
- What the specialist will work on
- The Programme Manager will be expected to work on the following: The specialist will work on the CTS engagement plan and benefits realisation, risk reporting and mitigation planning and implementation.

- 2 years+ expereince of programme management
- Experience of Risk management, reporting and mitigation
- Strong time management and prioritasation skills
- Experience of working in an Agile enviornment
- Experience in managing the life cycle of the four stage engagement plan (Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Livef) or cross government work
- 2 years+ experience of project management
- Have demonstrable experience in stakeholder management
- Nice-to-have skills and experience

- Experience of working within government (minimum 6 months)
