What the specialist will work on | To lead the UHB's Transformation Programme as the Digital Transformation Lead including the robust utilisation of Programme and Project Management methodology to secure delivery. The Lead will be required to work with the Executive teams to develop digital work progammes, to refocus delivery of key organisational objectives and ensure synergy with UHB digital SoP and the National Digital Strategy. These programmes must be aligned to our transformation priorities, which include reducing hospital outpatient appointments by 30% and reducing variation to deliver cash releasing savings. The Lead must deliver the change programme working with multiple stakeholders. |
