Who the specialist will work with Working with the Service Management team, including the Head of Service Management, Customer Support and Service Desk Managers. You will report into our IM&T Essentials Programme Manager and chair Project Boards.
What the specialist will work on Plan and implement a cloud based Service Management tool (Marvel). Including but not limited to, facilitating workshops to agree configurations, undertake training needs analysis and creation and delivery of training and communications. Offer early life support and coaching.

2. May I know the technologies used for current platform/service? We are currently using Avanti Heat
3. Is there an incumbent in the role? No, a Business Analyst has been undertaking some work
4. Is there approximate timelines in place like when will Round 1 evaluation be done, resume sharing, interview, contract award etc.? The selection and procurement activity has already taken place, we aim to configure and implement by the end of March.
5. How many direct/indirect reports will this specialist have? No direct line management, the role will entail managing project deliverables.
6. Can you please share the size of the project in terms of team size and total budget? The user base includes approximately 100 IT staff who will manage tickets. The end user community is around 5000. The is a joint procurement activity and full details of implementation budget will be finalised as part of this role.
7. What technical team is in place to support the Project Manager drive the implementation including configuration etc ?
Assume the selected Project Manager doesn't have to start with resourcing the team. Please confirm.
We have a team of in-house technical specialists, as part of the planning process the Project Manager will need to identify which technical skills are needed to deliver the system.
