Who the specialist will work with The supplier will be working with the Civilian HR Business Teams, an In-house Developer, User Researcher and Delivery Manager.
What the specialist will work on This is part of the wider Government Digital Transformation strategy. The key objective of this being to replace outdated paper HR forms with a modern digital service. The role of the Business Analyst is to work with our business teams in reviewing the backlog of forms, confirming the continuous need for the form and content. The Analyst will be required to document the findings in readiness for digitalisation. This will improve customer experience through digitised service enabling a reduction in current administrative burden.
