Who the users are and what they need to do Services are provided across London. There is a requirement to deliver this programme with minimal disruption to services and with minimal reliance on 'out of hours' work.

Working arrangements Whilst this opportunity is being offered as a managed service, it forms part of our ICT Service Improvement Programme therefore, it is vital that the successful suppliers staff work closely onsite with individual teams mentioned this will include face to face meetings, all expenses must be within the financial envelope.
