Services are provided across London. There is a requirement to deliver this programme with minimal disruption to services and with minimal reliance on 'out of hours' work.

Whilst this opportunity is being offered as a managed service, it forms part of our ICT Service Improvement Programme therefore, it is vital that the successful suppliers staff work closely onsite with individual teams mentioned this will include face to face meetings, all expenses must be within the financial envelope.

3. The latest start date for this tender is shown as 3 December 2018, and it's a four-month program intended to achieve the outcome by 31 March 2019, but the closing date for applications is 11 December 2018. Can you clarify this please.
