This will include management of project, mitigating project delivery risk across identified services managing outputs through an outcome and deliverable-based model ensuring continuity of service is maintained throughout all sites.

- Mersey Care have recently procured a telephony system and requires an experienced team to assist with the implementation of a DECT system throughout multiple sites across the Merseyside area. Devices to be deployed to c1600 users.

- Deployment of mobile devices to multiple users throughout the Trust followed by retrieval and storage of redundant hardware.

We are keen to understand what aspects of "proven experience of rolling out project-based solutions across a Mental Health Trust" is of such importance (40% weighting) for this delivery requirement?

Experience of working for a Mental Health Trust is a desirable pre-requisite due to the specialist nature of the clinical environment. The implications of work impact on Patient care and Security of Staff and Patients is uppermost in consideration project activities. If someone has worked in this kind of environment before it would be a definite advantage.
