Questions asked by suppliers

1. Is there an incumbent in this position?- will they be applying for this role?
Yes, this is an ongoing requirement and there is an opportunity for the incumbent person to apply, however it is an open vacancy and all candidates will be marked fairly.
2. Please could you clarify what level of clearance the candidate will need. i.e BPSS, CTC, SC.
BPSS should be sufficient for this role

Occasional remote working is accepted, but we expect at least 4 days a week working on-site. The two main sites are London (preferable option) and Leeds
4. Is there a team already there looking into data or will this interim be the only one?
Yes, there is currently a team looking into data
5. Will you support SC Clearance or must the resource already have SC clearance?
The resource should have BPSS clearance. Our policy states that staff on work packages are subject to these checks from their employer, so we expect the checks to be completed prior to the start of their employment with NHS Digital.
