The CDSS Relationship Manager will -
Define, drive and successfully manage all resources (NHS Digital and 3rd party suppliers) involved in the delivery of one or more PoC's, Alphas, Betas and/or Pilots that will deliver the CDSS functional requirements of the CTP programme. - Latest start date

The specialist will report to a Programme Manager and be part of The Clinical Triage Platform (CTP) Team.
The specialist will work with other teams throughout NHS Digital
The specialist will work with suppliers to CTP and providers of Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) Services.
The Specialist may need to work with other NHS Organisations. - What the specialist will work on

Management of the work packages to deliver any and all CDSS functionality being developed as part of the CTP programme.
Management of test systems and development environments. Stakeholder and relationship management with CDSS Suppliers and UEC Providers. Management of release of services and documentation of project deliverables

Standard NHS Digital expenses will apply. Travel will be booked by public transport where possible (this is company policy) by NHSD minimising the need for personal expenditure.
WebEx and telephone conference is available for most meetings but some will require attendance in person as they arise.
Travel to supplier sites will be needed to ensure work packages are being delivered. - Security clearance
- Standard NHS Digital Security clearance is required. Any staff that are required to work with Personal Confidential Data (PCD) must be security cleared.

Skills and experience
Buyers will use the essential and nice-to-have skills and experience to help them evaluate suppliers’ technical competence.

- Demonstrate significant delivery and experience of technology projects and programmes, toolsets and management capability in commercial environment.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills, honed in a commercial setting. Experience of working in NHS technology projects (or similar NDPB environment)
- Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent AGILE qualification
- Evidence of the implementation of complex business change-related projects and will ensure that these align with the programme and corporate strategies.
- Strong team player with alignment to NHS Digital’s standards and values.
- In addition should be conversant with setting up and delivery ‘Devops’ style delivery of continuous test and delivery, and the management capability to manage a number of diverse resources.
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project
- Demonstrate successfully planning, managing and delivering major, highly complex projects - to time, cost and quality criteria that meet internal and external customer requirements.
- Demonstrate working flexibly across the entire life cycle of programme/ projects including project initiation (including pre-project activities such as requirements gathering and options analysis), delivery, and closure activities.
- Demonstrate strong communication, documentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate management of the delivery of suppliers from inception through development, testing, deployment and national implementation, managing resources, co-ordinating team members and third-parties to deliver projects according to plan.

- 4. Point 6 of the essential skills references being 'conversant' with setting up DevOps style delivery. Do candidates need to have experience of implementing DevOps style delivery or have just worked in projects whereby this happened?
