Working with the System Operating Authority (SOA) you will interface on a daily basis with DE&S to assist the delivery of an exciting IT capability based on Evergreen and Agile principles.

About the work

Who the specialist will work with
You will be a key member of the System Operating Authority, overseeing the integration of a bespoke network. You will work with the delivery organisation, DE&S, on a daily basis.
What the specialist will work on
On a daily basis the PM will:
• Manage and deliver plans to ensure preparation and execution of tasks and dependencies
• Manage all aspects of specific work packages working with stakeholders to ensure Design; Delivery; Technical Build; testing; MI requirements etc. are managed and delivered to agreed timescales.
• Working with stakeholders; attend/represent at various meetings and boards
• Lead regular engagements with stakeholders to ensure outputs are produced to the required standard.
• Produce Management Information and attend project checkpoints.
• Assist in the development of Operational Readiness Evaluation Plans for any new hardware.

  • MSP, PRINCE 2, APM Professional.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
