- Who the specialist will work with
- You will be a key member of the System Operating Authority, overseeing the integration of a bespoke network. You will work with the delivery organisation, DE&S, on a daily basis.
- What the specialist will work on

On a daily basis:
• Manage the interface between the Delivery organisation and the System Operating Authority to ensure all aspects of training have been efficiently addressed
• Analyse training support audience including profile/demographics/needs/opportunities
• Identify key business training priorities
• Assist Delivery Team in conducting Training Gap Analysis
• Define available training resources (funding/people/solutions)
• Consolidate training plan and solutions
• Ensure GFE requirements are sourced and provided
• Review Training DLoD deliverables and coordinate training assignments
• Coordinate and develop a training package for service management across the organisation
• Ensure training solutions readiness

- Demonstrable experience of working on a programme that has delivered or is delivering a classified strategic Command and Control system in a Military context.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a high pressure, conflicting priority environment that delivers equipment to units within Front Line Commands.
- Qualifications in IT Service Management i.e. ITIL V.3.
- Qualifications in Microsoft IT Server and associated Microsoft Server Applications.
- Any Training Qualifications.
- Any IT Technical Documentation Production experience.
- Experience in the development and production of IT system user guides and Knowledge Articles.
- Experience in the development and production of training presentations.
- Experience in the development and production of training presentations.
- Experience in the development and production of on the job training packages.
- Experience in the delivery of IT technical training including IT Service Management application training.
- Experience in the continual improvement of training presentations and documentation to support the business operational use.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written.
- Nice-to-have skills and experience

- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable of transition, upgrades, refresh projects in an Agile environment.
