About the work

- Who the specialist will work with
- Working within an Agile service design, delivery and assurance team of circa 50 people responsible for digital transformation activities across the organisation. It’s a multidisciplinary team with software developers, testers, designers, user researchers, service designers, business analysts and product owners as well as a CRM support team. The Dynamics developer, as part of an established subgroup of CRM development specialists, will work closely with DevOps as well as the users of the CRM system across the business through the BAU support function.

- Working on a digital transformation programme putting Microsoft Dynamics CRM at the heart of our interactions with users. The programme will continue to develop a web front end to interact with users through a secure account space, data will be fed to and from CRM to power transactions with users. Internal business process flow development to support the work of the entire organisation and partners.

The supplier will work predominantley at our premises in Glasgow but there is also an option for suppliers to work remotely for part of the week.

- The supplier is expected to supply a resource to work as part of the team based in the office in Glasgow city centre. Standard working hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri.
- Security clearance
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard level clearance is required for this role.
