Questions asked by suppliers
- 1. Would SC clearance be enough for an individual to commence work on the project or is NPPV Level 3 required before one can start onsite?
- NPPV Level 3 would be required prior to commencement onsite. ViSOR and NPIRMT standards require this given the sensitivity of the application
- 2. Will the Home assist with our SC cleared Business and Systems Analyst through NPPV Level 3?
- The Home Office can advise on the NPPV Level 3 clearance process but active administrative assistance is not given.
- 3. Is there an incumbent in the role currently please?
- The role is currently fulfilled by an incumbent
- 4. Please can you confirm the IR35 status of this role? 2) Please can you confirm if there is a current incumbent in the role?
- The IR35 status of the current incumbent is ‘exempt’
- 5. In regard to the below experience required - could you please clarify if you are looking for the successful candidate to have worked on these specifically? Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2009, Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009, Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Remedial) (Scotland) Order 2011,
- That would be preferable, but if a candidate can demonstrate good knowledge of the legislation that would suffice.
