Questions asked by suppliers
- 1. Is there an incumbent in this position?
- There is currently an incumbent in the role.
- 2. Please can you supply a guide as to the ceiling budget.
- The maximum day rate has been left blank intentionally; we will assess the day rate for suppliers using the evaluation weighting we have disclosed on the requirements.
- 3. Is there a current incumbent and what is the IR35 status?
- There is currently an incumbent in the role.We expect this engagement to be outside IR35, however status is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- 4. Please can you confirm if you have an incumbent person in this role? if so please can you let me know if this person will or will not be re-tendering for the role as in previous roles you have answered that there is an incumbent but not if they are re-tendering, also changing the questions to include experience of HMPO systems, this does not seem to be in line with the code of conduct set out by CCS. ONE OF YOUR QUESTIONS:Experience of HMPO systems or similar government operational systems? This indicates an incumbent is in place and will re-tender?
- There is an incumbent, however HMPO is unable to advise if they will be submitting a bid. Having 'Experience of HMPO systems or similar government operational systems' has been included as a ‘Nice to Have’, which is in line with policy.
- 5. Is this a new requirement or to replace someone in the role currently?
- This is an existing role. There is currently an incumbent in the role.
- 6. There are two similar named positions listed. Can you kindly confirm that there are two lead architect positions available?
- There are 2 Architect Owner roles. Reference numbers 6924 and 6926.
