What the specialist will work on The Product Owner will work with a multidisciplinary product team building products and services to meet users’ needs. They will be a high energy, proactive, adaptive and creative individual with the skills and empathy to get user buy-in for the product definition. Product owners enjoy problem solving and promoting collaboration, and have an understanding and / or experience of business operations and an understanding of working with agile methodologies. A knowledge of geospatial concepts and technologies will be beneficial for this role.

  • Expert in the techniques used in user research to gather evidence of user need and behaviour
  • Expert in two or more disciplines; digital and technology, user research, web analytics, user experience design, data publishing, geospatial technologies, business and policy.
  • Practical experience in leading digital delivery teams.
