1) Web development
2)Write code in AngularJS 4/5 /Jquery/JavaScript.

7)Documenting code so other developers can understand and contribute to it.

3. What is the budget?

4. What would be the base location and how much of travel would be involved?
Chelmsford, Essex is the base location (next to railway station). No travel required with some WFH days available on Mondays and Fridays
5. Is it Chelmsford's intent that the Consultant would be on site on a full time basis ie 5 days per week for the duration of the contract?
The developer is expected to be onsite at least 3 days a week with an opportunity to WFH on Mondays/Fridays.
6. Is there an incumbant developer in this role?
No. The developer will be expected to be a self starter who will help design and develop the portal from scratch.
7. The only assessment method stated is "work history".. Will interviews also be conducted or is the assessment based purely on work history?
