- Why the work is being done
- To assist in providing enhancements to the existing Web/mobile apps including integration with KANA Lagan, Orchard CMS and Northgate M3. This will require redevelopment of existing components to utilise Azure federation. Including documentation and handover.

1. Provide Integration with Northgate M3 and Lagan CRM including authentication using Azure federation, with Orchard CMS.
2. Provide general support to DMBC staff and cross training during the process, including development against any relevant technical integration. 3. Provide all relevant documentation as necessary for effective handover into live service and support. - Who the users are and what they need to do
