Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Are you able to provide details about User Research testing RFP2 DWP? Thank you for your question.

Our User Research testing RFP2 DWP was open from the 8th July 2016 -22nd July 2016, so this is now closed.
2. Please can you clarify that this RFP relates to research that isn't lab based and that RFP2 that's referred to will cover the lab sessions? Thank you for your question.

I can confirm that this RFP is for the user research recruitment piece, the RFP2 (which is now closed) was our Lab based piece. However we wish the two bids to be complimentary as we would require the recruiter to recruit for lab sessions.
3. For this RFP1 DWP requirement, the skills and experience requirements suggest you are looking for someone to manage the recruitment of participants only. Is this correct or are you also looking for the winning agency to facilitate and run the testing sessions in which case what are your requirements around preparation of test materials and outputs following the testing? Thank you for your question.

This requirement is to manage recruitment of research participants only.
4. One of the questions as part of this requirement is that the supplier is "able to tender for User Research testing RFP2 DWP" but in the Q&A you've stated that this is now closed. If we respond no to this question will this be ok or will it exclude us? Thank you for your question.

It would not necessarily exclude you however it is preferable that you did tender for RFP2 DWP
5. Is there a specific area within London where the participants will be? Thank you for your question.

No we would require a variety of participants from across London
6. Other than answering the yes/no questions listed, how do we submit pricing and other information with our response? Thank you for your quesion.

At this stage of the process we are evaluating the suppliers on the answers to the yes/no questions. It will only be once we've shortlisted the suppliers that we send out a proposal which will have a pricing template on.
