Questions asked by suppliers
- 1. Are these two new roles? There were a couple of similar roles which finished on 8th March from Scottish Enterprise which we still haven't heard back on.
- Yes, these are 2 new roles. There is a slight differences to the one which closed on the 8th March.
- 2. I have noticed 2 separate notifications for the same job title. Is there a requirement for 2 individuals? How many applications per position are allowed to be submitted?
- Yes there is a requirement for 2 individuals. From my understanding of the framework you are only able to submit 1 application per position.
- 3. None of the skills and experience criteria actually mentions Dynamics 365. Should we regard all the criteria requires experience with Dynamics 365? e.g., Dynamics 365 Form Design, Dynamics 365 Business Rules Development, etc. Or, is experience with other CRM systems acceptable?
- As you will see from the ad/role title, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer and the skills and experience should reflect any candidates skills and experience relating to this system.
- 4. We note again that Interview is missing from list of assessment methods. Will interviews be part of the assessment (after shortlisting) ?
- Yes, telephonic interviews will be held after the shortlisting.

- These are new roles and therefore we don't have an incumbent supplier for these.
- 6. Does Scottish Enterprise have an incumbent supplier providing Microsoft Dynamics developers for existing/other roles?
- We do have suppliers providing Microsoft Developers but as this role is new we don't have an incumbent supplier.
