- There is a requirement to provide direct support to the Integrated User Services team. This is now in the final stages of renegotiating its contract ready for the next phase to complete the build and prepare for the migration.

- Who the specialist will work with
- Civilian, Military and contractors within the NSoIT Integrated User Services team, other areas of ISS and its suppliers.
- What the specialist will work on
-
• Assist the IUS Skype for Business enterprise Voice migrations through tracking and reporting against milestones and migration events
• Assist the IUS Fixed Voice Secret migrations through tracking and reporting against migration events.
• Complete a scheduled programme of works for legacy TDM phone numbers for the MOD estate
• Production of an effective S4B comms plan
• Production of an aligned schedule of work of migration of FVS with GC MOD core network
Work setup
- Address where the work will take place
- ISS, Building 405, Spur E2, Westwells Road, MOD Corsham, SN13 9NR
- Working arrangements
- All tasking will take place from MoD Corsham and you are required there 5 days a week on a working day of 8 hours to include 30 minutes for lunch, unless otherwise agreed. Day visits may be required to other Ministry of Defence/supplier sites. All travel and any overnight visits will only be permitted if permission is sought in advance. The individual will report to the Platform Delivery (Official) Team Leader.
- Security clearance
- SC Clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting due to the projects the individual is required to work with.

- have strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to work in a self-structured, project-based technical environment working across all levels of the Business to plan, execute and report delivery activities. 25%
- have experience of managing and monitoring a multi-site migration activity with cross-departmental dependencies; ability to develop migration approach/plan; ability to develop & utilise tracker to monitor & report progress. 25%
- be able to demonstrate of strong MS Office skills and experience of utilising MS Office tools to underpin project planning and control, maintaining coherent governance & reporting. 10%
- have relevant, recent experience of developing stakeholder engagement / communications plans. 5%
- Nice-to-have skills and experience
- provide relevant, recent (within 3 years) and successful experience of planning and delivering customer dependencies for projects to demanding schedules, using innovation. 10%
