Why the work is being done The UK MOD has a requirement to understand the feasibility of enhancing its current Big Data Defensive Cyber Operations capability within the AS domain so that it would be in a position to contract for this solution. The study should include an Information Handling Model and have a sufficient level of detail to serve as a basis for ITT, encompassing Lessons Identified from the ongoing development of the current Big Data Defensive Cyber Operations capability.

Additional engagement will be required at the following locations:

Working arrangements On average, it is anticipated that three days a week will be spent working at MOD Corsham. The other two days will be spent at other MOD sites, including but not limited to those mentioned above, engaging with stakeholders.

No expenses will be paid. Any anticipated expenses should be included in the bid proposal.
Security clearance All proposed members of the team must have DV clearance in place before work on this task can begin. This DV clearance must remain active for the duration of the contract.
