Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Can I confirm the £550 is including or excluding VAT? Exclusive of VAT but inclusive of agency fees and expenses
2. Is the work only initially on site, and then can be remote? Or all required on site? The work is predominantly based at MHRAs office, 151 Buckingham Palace Rd, Belgravia, SW1W 9SZ.
The specialist may be required to travel to other London sites as per the needs of outcome delivery.
3. Is this role inside or outside of IR35? This role has been assessed as sitting outside of IR35.
4. Will the Agency sponsor security clearance if the candidate does not already have it ? Security clearance is not required to fulfil these outcomes; however we do require specialists to have recent Disclosure Scotland checks in place.
5. Have you any specifics as to the project itself? This specialist will support a number of projects such as developing to-be processes for Clinical Trials and the prioritised backlog for our replacement case management system or developing the prioritised backlog for the master data management system.
6. Reference "The Business Analyst will initially be required to work onsite 5 days a week for face-to-face meetings with users." Can you please advise whether after this "initial" period (aside from travel to other sites) that the worker would be permitted to work remotely, if there was not a business need? The majority of work will involve working with users within the business who are based on site. We anticipate that a high level of ongoing face-to-face interaction will be required and do not see how a specialist who is not onsite for at least 3, but probably 4, days a week could deliver the outcomes without this face-to-face engagement.
