About the work

About the work
Opportunity attribute name Opportunity attribute value
Why the work is being done ARP is looking to procure specialist PMO resources to support the existing opportunities and address improvement areas within the existing ARP PMO function for a period of 12 months from 1 March 2018.
Problem to be solved The current PMO focus is centred on administration. However, ARP has a strong objective to create a PMO which is more directive and assurance led and one that has disciplines centred on/ around the Programme Master Plan. Work has begun to recalibrate and restructure the PMO function and to design and deliver a new PMO service offering.
Who the users are and what they need to do The ARP Programme Plan is an emerging programme; it is the collection of a set of existing stand-alone projects in to one programme governance structure.
Early market engagement A scoping exercise has been conducted and has resulted in a series of findings that will require immediate delivery of priority work packages to address a number of improvement areas.

Existing team The existing PMO team comprises: 3 PMO Managers, 2 PMO Support Staff and 1 PMO & Technical Support Staff. We are also actively recruiting for 2 PMO Analysts to start in the New Year.
