Description of your participants We are looking to work with people in work and out of work and potentially claiming benefits

Detaiils will vary – for each round of testing a recruitment screener will be developed to highlight the participants needed.
We will agree with the supplier how long they will need and the timings to recruit the right participants.

All will be of working age (18-64 years old)

Research location In London initially:

• At lab sessions (separate bid)
• Home visits
• Neutral venues possibly
• Jobcentres
Access restrictions at location
Number of research rounds On-going
Number of participants per round 6-8 for usability testing sessions

Individual 1:1 sessions when required - home based

Plus informal interviews may be required in neutral spaces
How often research will happen This reseach will take place every 2-4 weeks, there is a possibility that it could be more frequent than this or there could be a longer period in between the research as well.
Evening or weekend research Weekday evenings

  • be able to demonstrate with examples of how they have supplied the right participants for research in other projects
  • be able to demonstrate of how they supplied participants for in home depth research
  • demonstrate how they recruit people who are digitally excluded or have low digital skills
  • be able to tender for User Research testing RFP2 DWP
  • provide a single point of contact for this project
  • demonstrate how they have managed incentive payments for participants in previous projects
Nice-to-have skills and experience
  • recruit a balanced cross section from across central London and Greater London for each research round
  • have the option to recruit couples
