Who the specialist will work with Civilian and contractors within the ISS Security Infrastructure Cyber CySAFA and Joint User teams.
What the specialist will work on The experts will be responsible for designing and providing architectural expertise, the installation and initial set up for the implementation of Acuity RM Stream (including any necessary licences) into an existing Hadoop architecture, as well as providing on-the-job training for the users, for a major cyber defence project. The work will include the production and maintenance of the high level and low level designs for the solution, ensuring alignment with wider project direction.

Working arrangements Working arrangements need to be flexible according to needs as they arise with on average about 0.5 - 1 days per week but with more intense periods during initial set up and integration periods.
Security clearance SC Clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting due to the projects worked on. SC status must be valid for the duration of the contract. DV Clearance is also acceptable.
BPSS or Disclosure Scotland is not acceptable and the Authority will NOT sponsor SC Clearance.
