- We need a senior Product Manager to oversee our growing team in Bedfont Lakes to lead multi-disciplinary, agile teams in delivering digital data quality services that meet the needs of users. With the overall objective of improving the quality of data received from airline carriers.

- Who the specialist will work with
- A multi-disciplinary agile team including UX designer, front-end developers, back-end developers, content designer, dev ops, architectures, delivery managers, business analysts and service manager.
- What the specialist will work on
- The senior product manager will provide the vision and focus to for the DQ Teams to deliver the digital data quality capabilities as a service that provides reporting and analytics aviation data sets to Home Office Border Force.
Work setup
- Address where the work will take place
- Main location for the work will be at Bedfont Lakes Business Park for 4-5 days, with occasional other locations being central London and Croydon.

The supplier is expected supply a resource working within a feature team made of up of the specialist skills required to deliver the outcomes. We expect the supplier to be flexible to our needs and can make working with a mixed team across multiple sites effective. Off site and remote working can be accommodated, however due to security considerations this would need to be discussed.
Travel to regional sites to be agreed, expenses incurred from travel outside of the M25/Greater London will be subject to Home Office Travel and Subsistence Policy. - Security clearance
- All staff must be SC cleared. We will ask bidders for details of key personnel, if successful the bidder will be asked for confirmation of security clearance or we will initiate clearance process.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ways of working detailed in the Government Digital Service manual and standards (gov.uk/service-manual) - 8%
- 4 years experience as a product manager in the principles and application of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban - 12%
- Demonstrable experience of delivering in a DevOps environment – 6%
- The ability to passionately pursue a vision and articulate it to a wide audience, from team members to Director General level -6%
- Demonstrable experience of evaluating and solving problems creatively and laterally when needed, using appropriate evidence and data over instinct wherever possible to inform product decisions - 7%
