Questions asked by suppliers

1. Have you put this role, through the HMRC Tool for IR35 Determination yet ? The "Off Payroll" legislation is not about the person, it's about the position / role and it is up to you as the client to decide on the “status” of the role, regardless of supplier.
This is currently with our HR team at the moment, as this is the process we follow. However, to date none of our contract roles within the programme have been 'in scope'. We will update once we get a response.
2. Can you answer whether this is inside IR35 or outside IR35?
This is currently with our HR team, whose process we follow to determine IR35 status. None of our other contract roles within the programme are currently 'in scope'. We'll update as soon as we can.
3. Please could you confirm the IR35 status & required clearance level for this role.

Few developers will have worked with Dynamics 365 as it is now licensed, but the core platform that underpins the product is mature. However, we do recognise that we are looking for someone unusual in the marketplace and we are challenging you to think creatively about how you best manage our requirements. At the very least, the candidate should have solid and recent CRM development experience with exposure (perhaps within a wider programme) to AX.
