About the work

Early market engagement
Who the specialist will work with
The programme is comprised of a mixed team of Civil Servants and client side consultants supplemented with SMEs both client and supply side. The programme team also comprises seconded operational and retired Police Officers. The programme also utilises one large supplier (Application Development Support Partner) for most of the build activity associated with LEDS and a collection of small SMEs focused on activities such as data migration, testing and data quality.
What the specialist will work on
One of NLEDP's key objectives is to determine the future need for new services to make national data easy to access by frontline officers to inform local policing decisions.

As Business Analyst, you will support the NLEDP delivery teams by analysing and defining requirements to make sure that the projects that deliver them are built and run to align to the service vision, meeting business and user needs. You will be the link between the current and future business models, supporting and enhancing delivery.
