Who the specialist will work with The programme is comprised of a mixed team of Civil Servants and client side consultants supplemented with SMEs both client and supply side. The programme team also comprises seconded operational and retired Police Officers. The programme also utilises one large supplier (Application Development Support Partner) for most of the build activity associated with LEDS and a collection of small SMEs focused on activities such as data migration, testing and data quality.
What the specialist will work on One of NLEDP's key objectives is to determine the future need for new services to make national data easy to access by frontline officers to inform local policing decisions.

As Product Manager, you will support NLEDP delivery by analysing and defining requirements to and establishing core LEDS products that work together to provide the overarching service.

Working arrangements Individuals working client side will be required to work onsite at HO buildings in London and / or Croydon 5 days per week. Agreement may be given for occasional remote / homeworking subject to IT and delivery constraints. Home Office IT will be provided though given there is currently a freeze on rollout of HO end user compute devices, an option for consultants to bring their own laptops, accredited for the CJSM network would be desirable, subject to agreement of a Security Aspects Letter outlining controls.
