Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. "Have experience of working with the Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust on their Clinical Recording system." Can I ask why you have posted this here for general consumption? You already have a preferred supplier. Might it be prudent to raise 'pre-closed opportunities' if you intend to award work to the incumbent but are obliged to advertise here? ‘We do think this is a valid opportunity. Although part of our criteria is prior evidence of a working relationship with the trust, we have engaged with multiple suppliers previously and as such this is still a relatively open opportunity’.
2. What is the difference between this call and the other one issued before (April?) ? At Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust we run four Quarterly Releases each year.
