Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Is this role inside or outside of the IR35 regulation? There is potential that this role will be effected by the IR35 regulation. Our client will not be in the position to confirm this until the contract award has been made.
2. Would the department consider a blended team of 2 specialists who together meet the essential criteria and who’s combined day rate remains below the maximum value over the 12 week assignment? The department is seeking an individual specialist from this framework (Lot 2). It would not consider a blended approach as this would be more appropriate for an outcomes based contract (Lot 1).
