Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Please advise with regards to the IR35 legislation whether this role is inside or outside of the new legislation? FCO Services have determined that the working practice element of this role is outside the HMRC tool (published Mar 17) aspect of IR35.

The wider aspects of IR35 tax liability clearly remain (as they have done for some time) the responsibility of the supplier.
2. Please advise if you would you consider candidates who have previously been DV Cleared but has recently lapsed? We can only consider candidates with current DV clearance
3. Is there somebody occupying this role currently? This is a new workpackage to replace the existing workpackage, applications from all suppliers will be considered carefully.
