Questions asked by suppliers

Questions asked by suppliers
Supplier question Buyer answer
1. Can respondents use the car park at the Axis? Sorry, no this isn't available for OPG use
2. Can respondents use the car park at Axis As an amendment to the previous answer we gave, there is a car park next door to the Axis Building. Expenses will be paid for this.
3. What hours are available for the research (9-5 or are evening hours possible?) 9-5 access only, thank you.
4. How long is the interview / focus group?
Re: number of participants per round. Is this 5 depth interviews (rather than one group of 5)?
Sessions will be 1 hour long.
One on one interview sessions.

Many thanks.
5. Is there a need to be onsite in Birmingham? If the participants are being recruited that match the specified criteria can the interviews take place on our own premises? We will obviously provide feedback to the sessions on site in Birmingham. Thank you for the offer, however our user researcher is based here in Birmingham and we would like to conduct the interviews in the office.
6. When you state that the requirement must include handling of incentive (payment directly to participants). Does this mean you require a consultant/recruiter on-site in Birmingham to deliver the incentives to to the participants? Hi, thanks for your question. It won't be necessary to have a recruiter on-site, however we require the agency to manage the handling of incentive, i.e. payment by bank transfer
7. Hi can you please advise on salaries/rates for the role? Many Thanks Hi, there won't be any salaries paid. The requirement is for an agency to recruit users for a research exercise. We will assess suppliers based upon their ability to deliver this requirement and their price for the service. With thanks
8. For how many weeks will sessions take place? It depends on how long it will take to recruit the first tranche of users, however we expect it to be 5 weeks
