Questions asked by suppliers

1. Can you please confirm if this role will fall inside or outside of IR35
It is for the potential supplier to determine the tax status, HMRC have issued a tool relating to IR35 specifically.
2. Hi, could you please clarify what the percentage split between Milton Keynes and London is likely to be?
It will be both sites, the exact working pattern is determined by progress and business need
3. Is NPPV2 an acceptable level of clearance please?
SC Security Clearance or above please
4. Could you please provide us with the details on 1. Maximum number of resources whose applications could be submitted. 2. Lead time for application feedback.
Please see section "How suppliers will be evaluated" and just below title for dates
5. Would you consider candidates with COTS experience in the Private Sector as opposed to specifically within the Public Sector?
Public Sector COTS experience is preferred and will score higher in selection
6. We spoke with one of your incumbent interim resources on this project today who advised us not to apply for these roles as you have asked your contractors to re-apply for their existing roles under DOS. Please can you confirm that this is a genuine open tender? Note: nil response to this question will result in escalation to FCO Services Procurement and Commercial Director and CCS as possible abuse of OJEU regulated procurement framework.
This is an open opportunity, via this government framework. All suppliers who meet the criteria will be considered.
