Questions asked by suppliers

1. Is there an incumbent?
No. This is a new role.
2. What is the IR35 status determination for this role?
The IR35 status has been determined and has been detailed in the overview section of this advert.
3. Would the College of Policing accept a Candidate with DV clearance, or is the NPPV a must?
Vetting of NPPV or higher is required. As DV clearance is higher this would be acceptable.
4. Do the candidates need to be NPPV/ SC cleared already or will you support this process?
For longer contracts we would support the vetting process but given that this is only a 2 month contract we would need the vetting to be in place.
5. Is SC clearance alone (i.e. no NPPV3) enough to fulfill the security clearance requirement?
SC and NPPV3 are both required.
