Questions asked by suppliers

1. 1. You mention location is West Midlands - please confirm that's the location of Skills Funding Agency rather that for the research participants?
SFA – This is our central office location. Research participants as detailed in the requirements document and below.
2. 2. You ask for costs to be detailed but there is nowhere in the application to include costs. Please advise?
SFA – Please include a detailed breakdown of costs in your submission documents, Include this either as an attachment if the Marketplace system allows, or within the file you upload to the Marketplace within the response document.
3. 3. You mention research location is across England. Are there specific areas within England that you require participants to be based in, if so please advise these?
SFA - Participants should be spread across England. For remote sessions, their location is not important. Most of the research will be remote. We might require some participants for field visits, the user research team are based in Coventry so participants in the West Midlands, East Midlands, South East and London will be most suitable for this fieldwork
