About the work
- Why the work is being done
- UKHSA provide a set of technology services for users who work for external organisations. The users are collectively referred to as Future of Health Improvement (FoHI) users. UKHSA would like to reduce this managed service delivery and require a full understanding of which applications and data services are consumed by these external users.
- Problem to be solved
- A documented understanding of all applications and data services which are provided by UKHSA and consumed by FoHI users, including all dependencies to other applications, data or technology services
- Who the users are and what they need to do
- As a member of the FoHI phase 3 project team, I must be able to view the current application and data landscape provided by UKHSA for FoHI users. I must be able to easily see any and all dependencies between services, and any dependencies on other UKHSA-provided technology services (e.g. Identity & Access Management)
