Questions asked by suppliers
- 1. In order to assess the layout of your organisation fully, we require an initial exploration phase to gather information and collateral. Are you open to exploring this option?
- Yes, If you anticipate this is a requirement, we would expect to see this phase built into the written response.
- 2. From our understanding of your requirement, we would look to operate in a phased approach with an initial exploration phase, a review and development of your training records, a gap analysis process, followed by delivery stages focusing on your training requirements. Would this be an option you are open to exploring?
- Yes, this would be required.
- 3. Can you confirm what technical training you would like delivered over the contract length, and is there a priority of which ones are completed first?
- Microsoft office suite with M/S Teams and SharePoint being the priority
- 4. How would the onboarding for the supplier look like? Is there a wish to have an onsite kick off?
-
Onboarding from a contractual perspective would involve collaborative creation of the contract (Drafts can be found in the Digital Marketplace) We would also build in initial kick off meetings in order to refine details of the requirements to create project documents which will inform the contract.
We are open to having a face to face meeting but virtual is the preferred method at this moment.
