Questions asked by suppliers

1. Is there any incumbent?
No. There is no incumbent
2. The spec says “Specialist will work 5 working days per work remotely until further notice.” Please can you indicate when you think the remote working arrangement might change, if at all?
As a civil service Department we are bound by instruction by central Government. Currently we are working towards a hybrid working model of 40% of time in the office
3. The spec says that the max day rate is £550, and that the work is to be delivered remotely until further notice. We have a really strong candidate who could work within the max day rate for remote working, but it may not cover expenses to a different location. Can we still submit an application?
The rate reflects our current expenses policy. DWP is returning to a Hybrid working arrangement of up to 40% of time in the office so some travel will be required as this starts to roll-out. Attendance in the office would be determined by business need
4. Has a cest evaluation been undertaken for this role and confirmed this role will be inside ir35?
Yes a CEST evaluation has been undertaken and confirms this role is Inside IR35
