Questions asked by suppliers

1. Is there an incumbent?
There is no incumbent
2. 1. For avoidance of doubt, can I confirm that the max rate quoted (£600/day) is exclusive of VAT?
2. Is there an incumbent or someone who has recently filled this role?
3. I’m afraid I’m finding the IR35 statement slightly ambiguous. It sounds like you are saying the role is subject to IR35 assessment rather than confirming the outcome of assessment. Can you confirm if assessment has taken place and if the task is deemed Inside or Outside IR35?
