- To support the in-house Middle Weight Designer in the creation and production of marketing collateral including print, digital, social, events and newsletters. They are responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of campaigns. Adhering to brand guidelines, typography, layout, animation and art direction will be needed to fulfil requirements.

Collaborate with the Middle Weight Designer and marketing team to produce the final product(s)/campaign(s).
Participate in and accurately interpret briefs, from concept to completion.
Help deliver on design requirements for CEC teams and take on specific tasks to support projects underway.
Format and create publications in line with the CEC brand guidelines.
Contribute unique and creative ideas for new projects.
Use the appropriate and relevant design methods, applications, software and techniques to work on projects.
Create design according to specifications and brand guidelines.

- Prior experience working in a design or marketing team or agency
- Highly organised, with a flexible approach to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively engage and communicate with wider teams across the organisation
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere & After Effects)
- Strong layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and ability to easily liaise between print and digital artwork
- Excellent retouching skills & colour correction

- 1. Can this work be done offsite?
- Yes, the work can be done remotely, but require some flexibility to come to the office on an ad-hoc basis (probably once a month).
- 2. Is the buyer only interested in a direct hire or would a service provision be entertained?
- The buyer will also consider this as a service, as far as the supplier meets the evaluation criteria (i.e., providing skilled resource, competitive day rate, CV etc.). Also, please do list all the benefits having this as a service.

- Shortlisting will take place on 08th Oct, interviews between 13th - 19th Oct and the possible start date of 25th Oct.

- The buyer will provide the Adobe Cloud license, but no hardware/equipment.
