Questions asked by suppliers

1. IR35 Status
This role is outside IR35 - Off-payroll working rules (IR35) do not apply.

If you require a copy of the HM Revenue & Customs status report, please email DS_PMO_Mailbox@disclosurescotland.gov.scot

n.b. The DOS advert template only has 2 options when publishing that does not fit all role - I have fed this back to Scottish procurement.
2. Is there any Incumbent ?
No. There is an existing group of Dev Ops Engineers, this is an addition to that group.
3. Please can you confirm when you anticipate the office re-opening and frequency of office visits?
This will affect rate(s) and / candidate options significantly
The office is currently open for essential staff. We anticipated the Digital Team will start to return from Late November. However this is on a as needed basis so will not be full time. Likely to be one day a week or less.
All candidates should be prepared to come into the Pacific Quay, Glasgow office if and when required from Nov 2021. Rates cannot change once submitted via DOS.
