Buyers will use the essential and nice-to-have skills and experience to help them evaluate suppliers’ technical competence.

Essential skills and experience
  • The company must be able to support the solution and the Trust staff with CPD accredited training delivered via a company academy
  • The company must be able to deliver and end to end solution using in house services and not out source any part of the supply chain
  • The company must be able to provide NHSI reporting
  • The company must be capable of implementing within mental Health sites i.e. agile with different sites and working practices
