Questions asked by suppliers
- 1. Is it possible to see what the tool is that is to be reviewed?
- No, It’s not possible to share without an NDA and explicit guidance. We can explore this with shortlisted candidates but everything must be shared with an NDA and the questions/replies must be public for everyone applying to see.
- 2. Are there specific areas of learning disability you are aiming to understand further?
- We would ike to make the tool accessible for people who have a visual, hearing and/or learning disability.
- 3. Can we see a top line summary of the existing work/report that’s already been carried out?
- We believe any work already committed is too sensitive/protected to share. But a summary of testing a self-reporting tool where people use multiple choice indicators to register their current mental health against scientifically approved criteria. We are trying to hone this tool to be as accurate, informative, easy to use and benefit from as possible. Previous user testing has highlighted areas for improvement and we have been in constant development. We now need to batch test at a greater volume than possible at an internal level and this is where we require the assistance of a provider.
