2. Do you want just an expert audit of the form or do you also want the form to be tested with people with disability? and if yes, do you want the form tested on a range of devices? We would like the the application tested by people with a disability.

6. Do you have a browser matrix so we can see what we need to test on, or do we need to supply a recommendation? Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, iOS & Android are our most used browsers and mobile device OS. Testing on the latest versions is fine for us. Also happy for recommendations.
7. Which assistive technologies do you have in mind? We would like assistive technologies recommended to us.
