- 5. What availability do Senior Managers and all those involved in this transformation have to commit to change? (i.e. everyone has 2 half days a week for workshops free in calendars)
- Senior Managers have fully committed to this transformation and will be available as required
- 6. Please can you confirm the latest start date as it seems unlikely to be 1st March as this is the day the applications close.
- The successful supplier will be able to start work immediately. The latest acceptable start date will be 5th March 2021
- 7. Out consultants have very strong experience of agile change implementation within Local governament/Public sector with PRINCE 2 and MSP Practitioner certifications ( no specific certifications of problem solving/NLP, as per your requirement), would you consider our application?
- We will only be considering applications based on the essential skills and experiences listed.
- 8. Wikipedia define NLP as “a pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy”. This is listed as a “must have” skill. Would the council accept experience in witchcraft as a suitable alternative?
