IT Replacement Project Manager
Head of Housing Systems and Resources - What the specialist will work on
- Analysis of the processes and procedures between a new housing management system and the corporate finance system. This will include process mapping 'As Is' and working with the service to define 'To Be', with particular emphasis on the design of financial forecasting for temporary accommodation and include the technical aspects of the Housing Revenue Account. Analysis should highlight the benefits of changing process and procedures which once agreed will feed into the configuration of the new housing management system.
