Travel and subsistence expenses (Limit of Liability for T&S is £12,000 ex-VAT). to attend other sites will be payable from Corsham using current Civil Service T&S practices. Where possible, MOD Rail Warrants or the Travel Cell will be used. Travel to Europe may be required for NATO meetings

- The ASDT C4ISR Programme Manager requires a skilled specialist who is also willing to impart knowledge/advise.

The C4ISR Information Services coherence work being undertaken by ASDT requires additional Technical Coherence Services support to meet the needs of the Mission(S) User community and to interact with NATO(S) users in coalition operations and/or exercises.
There is a continuing opportunity to drive coherence across the deliveries by working together to deliver synergies within the application delivery space and requirements for supporting documentation.
The existing Coherence Specialist requires support for the following coherence activities:
• Governance structure coherence
• Multiple road mapping of applications across different areas
• NATO Interaction & Coherence
• Intervention co-ordination
• Intervention resolution activities

- The Specialist will be required 3 days a week dependent on the workload. WFH will be possible due to current COVID-19 situation but attendance in the office will be expected if and when WFH permissions are withdrawn.
- Security clearance
- Valid SC clearance must be in place prior to the contract starting and for the duration of the contract.

T&S will be paid based on receipted actuals and in compliance with MoD Policy, no other expenses are permitted.
Suppliers must use the Authorities Purchase to Payment Tool called CP&F or be prepared to sign up to the tool.
The role is outside IR35.
The Cyber Risk Profile has been identified as Moderate reference RAR-2DMB4ZHE .
