Business Analyst to run a discovery phase to understand SharePoint 2019 requirements, and produce the following outputs:
Use Cases and User Stories for all Users of SP19
Produce a validated System Requirements Document for infrastructure (to complement High Level Design) and business layer requirements in the form of a specification - Latest start date

- Who the specialist will work with
- The specialist will work alongside the SPISN Requirement Manager, SPISN Project Manager and the System Operating Authority (SOA).
- What the specialist will work on
- Working alongside the Requirements Manager, the Specialist will work on understanding the User and system requirements for infrastructure and Business layer for the SharePoint 2019 delivery. The Business Analyst will assemble the requirements into a coherent data set suitable for use on a Defence Competition.

- Proven experience of Analsyst roles preferbly in Government Roles
- Experience of modelling business processes.
- Experience of developing user stories and business requirements
- Experience of working/engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Nice-to-have skills and experience

- 1. Is there a current incumbent?
- No, this is a new role for a project.
- 2. Will you accepting DV Lapsed person.
- No. DV must be in place from day 1.
- 3. The spec says Hereford 5 days, normal hours. – Is there flexibility in this pattern to allow for remote (some remote) working?
- Some remote working would be acceptable but within reason. Remote working would need to be agreed with the Project Manager.
- 4. Is there are flex above the day rate cap?
- There is no flexibility above the day rate
- 5. will you be accepting DV Lapsed on 12th May 2020
- DV must be in place on Day 1 of the contract
- 6. Our consultant hold a PVG check which is a partial clearance and includes things like a criminal records check. Would that be sufficient to start the engagement?
