Who the specialist will work with You will be working along side the Unified Communications Technical Subject Matter Expert and the wider project team. Working for the Unified Communications Project Manager within DE&S.
What the specialist will work on The Technical Author will be producing documentation for the Unified Communications (UC) project required in order to deliver required GFI for the continued development of support documentation (AESPs), to include, but not be limited to:

• Support Task Analysis (STA)
• Work Instructions (WI)
• Knowledge Articles (KA)
• Build Guide
• Supporting Documents

o Security Impact Statement (SIS)
